Who we are

What we collect

Two categories: (1) your email address, only if you submit it via the signup form on the home page (Tally hosts the form on our behalf); and (2) anonymous Plausible Analytics data (page views and CTA clicks). We do not use cookies. We do not log IP addresses. We do not build a profile of your device or behaviour.

Why we collect it

To notify you when self-serve access opens, and to understand which traffic sources are reaching the page during a 14-day validation experiment.

Lawful basis

Email collection is processed under POPIA §11(1)(a) — your submission is your consent. Anonymous analytics are processed under POPIA §11(1)(d) — legitimate interest, balanced against minimum-data design (no cookies, no IP retention).

How long we keep it

Email addresses: 90 days from collection, then deleted. Plausible aggregate counts: indefinitely (no personal data is retained).

How to withdraw or delete

Reply to any email we send you, or email johan.genis@fluxforge.ai with the subject "delete my email". Removal is processed within 7 days. You can also use the unsubscribe link in any nurture email.

Complaints

Contact us first using the email above. If we cannot resolve your concern, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za.
